Municipalities
Metro Code is available to contract with cities that need additional help within their development department. Are you short-staffed and looking for additional help? Perhaps your development department is overloaded and needs help with Plan Review and Inspections. We can help on an as-needed basis or for a fixed period of time.
Building Official Services: We have Building Officials on staff that an be your interim Building Official. This may include services such as writing amendments, interpreting complex code questions, and participating in required city meetings.

Consultation Services: These services may include designing permit fees structures, participating in boards or panels for new code compliant programs, or any other request area where we can offer our services.
