Incentives are back on the DFW Market!
Oncor has just announced that they are launching a new program that will provide cash incentives to Builders following the Energy Star or Zero Energy Ready Home programs.
These incentives can range from $1,000 to over $3,000 per home based on the selections and rating of the home. After January 1, 2022, we can expect more Builders to participate in the Energy Star Program after multiple municipalities adopt the new 2020 Energy Code. With this, Energy Star will be a valued source when it comes to complying with the the new Energy requirements.
Both Metro Code and Oncor are offering free analysis of homes to determine how clients can receive these incentives. Because of the demand for these incentives, these will be decided by a first-come-first-serve basis to make sure there is plenty of room to receive an allotment.
